How much will my move or clearance cost?

Every job is different, so the price depends on how much there is, how easy the access is (stairs, lifts, parking) and how far it's going. Send us a few details or photos and we'll give you a free, no-obligation quote with no hidden extras.

What does a house clearance include?

We can clear a single room or the whole property, including the loft, garage, shed and garden. We carry everything out, load it, deal with it responsibly and leave the place empty and swept. Just tell us anything you'd like to keep and we'll set it aside.

What happens to the things you take away?

We try to keep as much as possible out of landfill:

  • Usable items are reused or donated to local charities
  • Metal, wood, cardboard and electricals are recycled
  • Only what's left goes to a licensed waste site
Can you help when someone has passed away or is moving into care?

Yes. We do this often and we understand it can be an emotional time. We work at your pace, keep aside photos, paperwork and anything precious, and can liaise with family members or the care home on the day.

The earlier the better for full house moves, especially at the end of the month. For smaller jobs and single items we can often help the same or next day.

Are you the same as the “Relay” parcel courier used by Vinted or Amazon?

No. Relay Express MK is an independent, local removals and clearance business run by Tomasz in Milton Keynes. We have no connection with the Relay parcel network, so we can't track or deliver parcels – please contact that company directly about a parcel.
